Walt Disney only hired the finest and most qualified to work with him. He also hired young developing artists that he took under his wing and taught them, so he contacted his friend Don Graham, who worked at Chounaid Art Institute, a highly respected art teacher whom taught future Disney animators, that young artists need more than the ability to draw a picture, they need to be much more than that and think scientifically rather than artistically. After he assembled his crew and build his studio, Disney was ready to take the world by storm by creating hit-after-hit during the Golden Age of Animation
