Disney saw to that his production shaped the popular culture. Disney was a visionary whose impact on animaton, live-action films, and television programming have never been equaled to. He made animations that would appeal to what was culturally accepted at that time (in the 1980s the company started producing adult movies because that what was what the public wanted). The New York World's Fair of 1939 inspired Walt Disney to build two immense theme parks, Disneyland and later Walt Disney World. These parks represent his passion for his company and the American spirit that we all hope we have and incorporated it into his parks.
